To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Additionally, please have the receipt or proof of purchase available for processing.

Damaged or Defective Products:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Return Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refund process:

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
